For me, I need flexibility. 

With twenty seven years in the retail business behind me, I treasure the ability to work when I chose. I am still in awe that I get to go skiing and come back to my appointments in the late afternoon.  During ski season, I rarely make an appointment during my potential ski hours. While most are working, I head to the slopes. Mid-week skiing is a treat. No lines! You can always set Saturday times with me during the winter…the ski areas are insane with crowds!
